Wat is de status van mijn bestelling?
Voor de meest actuele status van jouw bestelling, kun je inloggen op jouw account
op onze website en naar de sectie 'Mijn Bestellingen' gaan. Daar vind je
gedetailleerde informatie over de status van jouw bestelling, inclusief
trackinginformatie zodra het pakket is verzonden.
Als je meer gedetailleerde informatie nodig hebt of als er zich problemen voordoen

Hoe update ik mijn verzendadres gegevens?

Hoe retourneer ik mijn bestelling?
Voor het retourneren van jouw bestelling bij ons, volg alsjeblieft deze eenvoudige
stappen:
1. Zorg ervoor dat de producten die je wilt retourneren in hun oorspronkelijke staat
zijn, inclusief alle labels en verpakkingen.
2. Neem binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van jouw bestelling contact met ons op via
info@junespringshop.com of via de chatfunctie om jouw retourzending aan te
melden.
3. Ons team zal jou voorzien van verdere instructies en het retouradres.
4. Verpak de producten veilig en stuur ze terug naar het opgegeven adres.
5. Zodra wij jouw retourzending hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, zullen we
overgaan tot terugbetaling van het aankoopbedrag.
Let op: de kosten voor retourzending zijn voor eigen rekening, tenzij anders
overeengekomen of in geval van beschadigde of verkeerd geleverde producten.

Kan ik mijn bestelling wijzigen?

Wanneer is mijn product weer op voorraad?
Bij June Spring streven we ernaar om onze voorraad constant aan te vullen zodat je
altijd de producten kunt vinden waar je naar op zoek bent.
Als een product
momenteel niet op voorraad is, kun je je e-mailadres achterlaten op de
productpagina.
Op deze manier ontvang je automatisch een melding zodra het
product weer beschikbaar is. We doen ons uiterste best om alle producten zo
spoedig mogelijk weer op voorraad te hebben, zodat je snel weer van je favoriete
items kunt genieten.
Kan ik mijn product ook afhalen?
